T.loafer is a tiny, tiny cafe on a leafy street near Shida (uni). I first came across it here on this blog with many excellent photos of misty bamboo groves, Taipei cafes, mountains and hiking marvels. I hunted T.loafer down and sipped coffee out of beautiful ceramic cups, sketching while Hoyan much more diligently did her homework. The wall in front of her is made up almost entirely of different little windows.
I want a shop like this! People could just make their own coffee while I sat around drawing them on the sly, or working on that line of absolutely useless cards.

I’m actually longing for those absolutely useless cards….
ps. great shop, great drawing lines…
I’m also looking forward to your daughter making some cards. I think we were probably visiting our son in Taipei when you were visiting your daughter. Isn’t it an amazing place? I remember T Loafer well, it was lovely and very welcoming. Sue Humble
